RETURN OF GOODS
Our goal is to offer you impeccable goods and fast delivery. Unfortunately, it doesn’t always work out. If a return is necessary, we will have your goods picked up by our shipping partner within three working days anywhere in Germany.
Please make sure that each return is accompanied by a receipt or delivery bill.

OUR REPAIR SERVICE
We are happy to advise you on the repair of your defective tools and take over the repair in cooperation with our partners, if the costs do not exceed your desired limit.
If a repair is not possible, we will send you an offer to replace the defective tool at a reasonable price.
