Our promise: quality assurance
In order to achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction, Delker’s priority is to constantly improve its quality. For instance, internal errors are recorded and complaints received are analysed, evaluated and remedied and any mistakes are thoroughly rectified.
Our work is regularly examined by external quality certification organisations. The results are impressive: we have been certified with DIN EN ISO 9002 since 1996 and in 2009 we were once again awarded the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certification.
TÜV tested quality – the BSS seal of quality
On 13 June 2008 as a Bosch System Specialist we were awarded the industry specific BSS seal of quality. Recognised experts from the TÜV Rheinland Group have signed and sealed it: our work meets the highest quality standards. Within the certification process of the TÜV Rheinland Group, the areas of market and company and sales and logistics were vigorously tested and evaluated. We are delighted with the results –a 99.3% certification award. This means improved service for you and the peace of mind that you will receive optimal support and expert advice.
Quality assurance
The BMEnet GmbH certified our electronic tool catalogue in the BMEcat1.2. This means for you: tested standards in the integration of your ordering system and proof of the comprehensive information content of the catalogue.
Climate protection
We meet the growing requirements of the global market, especially concerning environmental protection. This has a long tradition at Delker – we have been contributing to environmental protection through environmentally-aware working procedures and the sale of environmentally-sound products.
Due to the fact that we are solely a trading enterprise, the environmental management system certification DIN EN ISO 14001 is difficult for us to implement. However, many of our suppliers have been awarded this certificate. Delker is aware of its responsibilities concerning ecology and economy - we design our processes so that health and safety are prioritised and that the environment is not unnecessarily harmed.
