1969 Friedrich Delker, Heinz Beyer and Karl-Heinz Meinrich found Friedrich Delker GmbH.
1976 Expansion of the company: Relocation to the newly built premises in Manderscheidtstrasse 20 in Essen.
1984 Friedrich Delker GmbH joins the NORDWEST Handel AG purchasing association.
1988 Dipl. –Wirtsch. –Ing. Georg Delker joins the company.
1996 Delker is awarded DIN EN ISO 9002 certification.
1998 Pioneering work – the first tool classification “chemClass”.
1999 Extension and modernisation of our offices and construction of new warehouse. Creation of a new IT and e-procurement department
2001 The three founding members retire. Dipl. –Wirtsch. –Ing. Georg Delker begins running the company as sole Managing Director of Friedrich Delker GmbH & Co. KG.
2004 We are awarded the BMEcat certification by the BMEnet GmbH and begin business activities in China.
2006 The Big Delker Tool Catalogue is awarded “Best Tool Industry Catalogue 2006” (TANNER catalogue benchmark).
2007 Extension of business activities in China and Poland. Additional milestone: The shop solution “Delker to Business” wins Silver in the category “Best Practice Award” at the “eProcure and Supply 2007” trade fair.
2008 Delker issues its first catalogue in the Polish language and extends its business in the Polish market.
